In Excel 2007 for PC- Select the range of cells -the title cell and the data cells below it, then select the formula tab and
then click on “Define Name” near the middle of the screen. Name the data set in the pop-up window and click “OK”. Then when you want
to refer to that content, click in the desired cell where the value is to appear and click on “Use in Formula”- the resulting pop-up will have the
list of Names you have created. Select the desired name to replicate the value in the new cell, or to create a new formula that uses that value in a calculation.
