This page provides links for downloading the Primal Stream software utility to be used for viewing the help sessions. This is a software utility that will connect to the video server and display the video. This utility also has a resource that allows you to post questions and comments during a live stream. You can also access archived sessions at any time but you will not be able to post qustions in those sessions. Select the appropriate version to download from the links below. Like your workbook, when you unzip/unstuff the file it will produce a folder with support resources in the Primal Stream folder. These must remain in the folder, unchanged.
Download the appropriate version:
When you open Primal_Stream utility you will need to input your name (First & Last),
and then select the video to view.
